If you’re like me, you’re probably confused about Clicks Valley as well. In my 2 years of working online, I’ve never come across a program that says you could make money by buying banner ads.
Don’t worry though, I got you covered. I’ve done my research and I’m here to help you make an informed decision so you don’t get scammed.
What is Clicks Valley?
Again, clicks valley is a program that somehow helps you make money with banner ads. Banner ads are basically ads you see on most websites.
They have multiple “packages” that you can buy to join their program, with the lowest one costing you $250.
The highest one though is a shocker, you’d have to fork out $25000 for that.
I don’t know about you but I ain’t paying 5 figures for any program, no matter how good it is.
How do you make money with Clicks Valley?
Now this needs to be explained well.
Firstly, when you buy an ad from them, which would cost you like $100+, you’d be able to make money from that ad.
They claim that the more you pay, the more this ad will be shown to a wider audience. You make money when people click on said ad.
On their banner ad store, they are advertising ads from some big name companies like Toshiba, Samsung, etc …
So what’s the deal? Why would these companies “sell” their ads?
Based on my experience, the reason for this is because these ads help get them customers ( well duh ).
When these customers go to like a Toshiba online store and buys something, you get some commission as well, since it was your ad that led them there.
This is called affiliate marketing.
However, there is a problem here.
You aren’t an affiliate of these companies. The usual process is that you’d have to apply to be an affiliate with the company directly, especially for these big name companies.
So the question is, if you aren’t the affiliate, then who is ? Clicks Valley perhaps?
But here’s the problem. Again in the real world, when you buy an ad, you usually get to select where you want to place it.
Want your ad to be placed on Facebook? You buy the ad directly from Facebook.
Want you ad to be placed on Google? You buy it directly from Google.
Also, the way ads usually charge money is either per click or per view. Meaning you don’t pay a sum of money upfront, when your ad is displayed you are charged based on the number of clicks or the number of views your ad is getting.
I have no idea why these ads cost you $100 right off the bat.
The only reason I can think of is that this whole thing is a scam. Think about it, why would these big name companies work with someone click Clicks Valley?
Also, even if you are buying an ad, where are these ads shown? They could be displaying it at some dark corner of the web for no one to see and still be charging you money.
More troubling facts about Clicks Valley
Well, word on the net is that Clicks Valley is very similar to programs like Banner Bit and clicks dealer, which were both scams.
The refund policy is also super sketchy. Apparently you can only get a refund within the first 3 days.
See the problem here is that ads might last longer than 3 days. Let’s take CPC ( cost per click ) ads for example, where you get charged for each click on your ad.
If you display a CPC ad on Facebook and no one clicks on it, you won’t be charged and it could take some time to reach your budget amount of $100.
Then, how would you know if this program actually works? You simply can’t in a span of 3 days.
How Banner Ads Really Make Money
So, we all know that Facebook or Google makes tons of money from advertising, and for a good reason.
One thing you should know is that if done right, paying for ads can be extremely profitable.
However, you would need :
- An offer or something to sell. Otherwise what are you even advertising?
- To constantly optimize. There are a lot of things to consider when buying ads because you have to know how to target the right customers to make that profit.
- Some starting budget. You’d need to constantly fine tune you ads and this could mean some money down the train before you reach that perfect balance.
In reality, those who buy banner ads already have a game plan and something they want to promote, which they are personally affiliated with, not through some 3rd party.
Is Clicks Valley just a total scam then?
Yes and I would advise you stay away from it. At this point why would you buy these ads?
You’re just wasting your money. Not to mention you have to pay some weird sign up fee of at least $250.
See, you don’t need to pay anything to place ads on most sites ( apart from the cost per click or view ). You also don’t need to pay to be an affiliate with companies like Samsung or Amazon or what not. In fact they should be paying you because you’re helping them promote their business as an affiliate.
All in all, Clicks Valley is just a total waste of time and money to me. My advice is to stay away from it.
