Hi, and welcome to my review of Dan Lok’s High Ticket Closer program.
High ticket selling is the art of being able to sell a very expensive product ( think $10000 and above ) and High Ticket Closer seems to teach you just that.
Although, with such a high price tag I’m sure you’re worried about getting scammed. Is this Dan Lok guy the real deal? Is he really “the mentor of mentors?”, will he actually coach you to become a 5-figure earner in 7 weeks ?
I’m here to reveal the answer.
Firstly, who is Dan Lok?
I’ve first encountered this cute and chubby dude on YouTube. I was watching some Tai Lopez videos when Dan’s videos appeared on the suggestions list.
Dan Lok has quite a number of videos on his YouTube channel. A lot of them are part of his live seminars where he teaches the art of selling.
To tell you the truth, these videos are rock solid.
See the first thing you want to know about a program is its owner, and this guy knows what he’s talking about. He gives out great advice on how to sell and you can see he is very experienced. Try watching some of his videos and you’ll understand what I’m talking about.
He’s also written some books like F U money.
What is High Ticket Closer all about ?
High Ticket Closer or HTC is a live training program that last for 7 weeks. Apparently you don’t need any prior marketing skills, you don’t need any products to sell.
By the end of this course Dan will make you a 5 figure earner. What’s different about HTC is that this is also a live training, where you get calls with Dan Lok himself.
You can get the strategies that Dan Lok’s team is using and if you do well during this course, Dan might just give you an opportunity to join his team. This depends on your performance during the course and is not guaranteed though.
Part of the program is to put you into what they call “small accountability groups”, where you’ll join 4-6 other new HTC members while being led by a HTC graduate. The purpose here is to have others push you and motivate you.
How much does High Ticket Closer cost?
The price is definitely a killer at $2495. Or you can have the option of splitting your payment over 3 months at $995 per month. The one shot payment will save you $490 though.
According to Dan Lok, people actually pay $5k per hour for his consultancy, but with HTC you get a total of 14 hours of his time spread out over 7 weeks, which comes up to about $70,000 in total value.
What does High Ticket Closer Cover?

This week you’ll learn where to meet clients, how to introduce yourself and how to win their respect.
Since this is the last week of your training, Dan will stay on the phone with you for as long as it takes to answer all your questions.
Is High Ticket Closer a Scam?
I have to say that this program is definitely not a scam. Dan Lok himself knows the art of selling very well so I can say that you’ll be able to learn something from HTC.
But the real question that you should be asking is, is High Ticket Closer worth your money?
The price tag will definitely drive most people away, and that’s perfectly fine. I will say it now that not everyone is suited to join High Ticket Closer.
Firstly, this to me is something like a “high risk high reward” play, kind of like poker where you bet big and win big. The main attraction of selling High Ticket items is the fact that each sale will net you a lot of money in terms of commission.
If you do find success after this course, you’re 100% guaranteed to make your money back and more since you’ll probably be able to make at least a $1000 in commission just from closing one deal.
So what you need to ask yourself is if you’re ready to play this game. Are you prepared to lose $2500 if things go south?
Oh I forgot to mention, High Ticket Closer does have a refund policy under these conditions :
- You’ve completed all of the course work
- Whether or not you get a refund is up to the company’s discretion
- The deadline to apply for a refund is 30 days
My only issue with this is the first and third condition. If the course takes 7 weeks to finish ( meaning 49 days ) how do you apply for a refund if the deadline is 30 days?
Which is why I’m telling you to think carefully before joining, remember that this is high risks with high rewards. Can you handle the risks?
I sure can’t.
Which is why I’ve found an alternative to selling high ticket products. I do affiliate marketing, which also involves selling a product.
However, I do it through my blog and Wealthy Affiliate has taught me how to do it. The best part is that Wealthy Affiliate is free to start so you actually don’t lose anything just for trying it out.
See, there are numerous ways to make money online. Some might be a good fit for you, others won’t. My suggestion to you is to try out as many of them as you can until you find the one thing that you’re passionate about.
